

How We Work
We work with investors like yourself in a number of ways, depending on what makes you most comfortable. Perhaps you like the idea of being more ‘hands-on’. Or maybe you’d prefer the simplicity of an angel investor arrangement? Read on to learn about our three most common partnerships and of course, reach out to us if you’d like to discuss how best we can tailor the arrangement to your needs.
Source the deal
If you’re more of a hands-on property investor and prefer to manage the process and refurbishment yourself, this option is for you. Our job is to find and analyse a suitable deal that meets your objectives.
Angel investor
Think of this in the same way as leaving your money in an interest bearing account - but with higher and quicker returns (generally within 6-9 months). It’s a neat business transaction with a pre-agreed, attractive return and legally-documented repayment terms.
We find the opportunity that’s right for you. Once you’re happy, we get to work on the project. Upon completion, you get your financial investment back with interest. Your funds will always be safe and held securely in a client account.
Security? If the arrangement sees you fund the entire project with cash, you will have first charge security on the property written into the loan agreement. If you fund part of the project (such as paying for the deposit and/or refurb) we have other security measures designed to give you peace of mind.
Joint venture
This is a longer relationship. Typically, we’ll structure an agreement together to pool our resources, skills, and expertise to invest in a property project. The risk and rewards from the opportunity are shared between us, with roles and responsibilities set out clearly in a legally-binding Joint Venture Agreement. Together, we’ll agree on an exit strategy, outlining the conditions under which the venture will be dissolved, properties sold and profits distributed.
